MOUNTAIN series rifles are tested at our factory in the shooting tunnel. Mountain series rifles must produce a three-shot group measuring 1/2 MOA at 100 yards. This testing is completed using quality commercially available hunting ammunition. The ammunition used is selected during our testing. The Mountain series rifles come with the proof of accuracy target included in the box. All the testing is done before they leave the factory.

EXPEDITION series rifles carry a SUB-MOA accuracy guarantee when measured at 100 yards. The Expedition series rifles do not come with a proof of accuracy target.

We use quality commercially available hunting ammunition that is commonly available from most ammunition retail locations. We test multiple types in each firearm and then select the ammunition that produces the best results with each rifle tested for the accuracy target.

Results may vary from one rifle to another. Consult our “Recommended Ammunition Guide” to see the ammunition that we generally obtain the best results for each cartridge.

Yes. Changing the manufacturer, bullet, or bullet weight may alter the point of impact. It is important to check and, if necessary, adjust your scope before using different ammunition in a hunting scenario.

All of the Mountain Series rifles have integrated bases cut into the action. An accuracy target is also included with these rifles.

The Expedition Series rifles do not have integrated bases and come with a SUB-MOA guarantee but do not include an accuracy target.

CAPACITY: The standard magazine capacity is four rounds. Magazines for the .338 Lapua and 28 Nosler calibers have a capacity of three rounds. For the .300 PRC, we recommend also only loading three rounds.

All our rifles are manufactured with detachable magazines rather than a hinged floor plate.

The barrels are made of 416 Stainless Steel and Carbon fiber.

We use either Ceracoat and/or DLC (Diamond like coating) on all the metal parts.

The muzzle brake can reduced recoil by 50-60%. This depends on the muzzle brake chosen and the model of firearm.

The holes for bases on the Expedition model are threaded 8-40.

On the other models; they are machined from the action. It’s stronger and more stable.

Models with a carbon fibre barrel are threaded 5/8”-24 and stainless-steel barrels are threaded ½”-28.

The recommended torque specification is 45 lb-in (inch-pounds).

The 1-8.5” twist is made for lighter bullets (140gr to 160gr) while the 1-8” twist is made for heavier bullets (160gr to 180gr).

Delivery to another address: Your firearm may be shipped to another delivery address under certain conditions. Please contact us to learn more. The person whose licence was used for the purchase must be able to meet the age and identity verification requirements upon delivery.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) for the class of firearm being purchased. To obtain the reference number required before transferring a non-restricted firearm, we will need your license number, date of birth and email address. Photo identification is also required; for a remote purchase, a second piece of government-issued photo identification may be requested.

This applies to customers from Quebec only; following your rifle’s shipment, we send your registration information to the firearm registration service. It takes about 2-3 weeks before you receive your registration forms, the serial number, and the assigned registration number.

If the rifle is shipped to an Indian reserve, no taxes will be charged. If it not shipped to an Indian reserve, then taxes will be charged.

• Provide your name and contact information, the model, caliber, serial number, a detailed description of the issue, and Photos and/or a short video may help significantly in diagnosing the issue. Never ship a rifle before receiving our instructions.

A barrel break-in procedure may be recommended to help ensure consistent performance from the first shooting sessions.

The procedure may vary depending on the barrel type and caliber. For recommendations specific to your Antler rifle, contact our team or refer to the instructions provided with your firearm.

It is not necessary to clean the barrel after every use. Cleaning frequency depends on several factors, including the number of rounds fired, the caliber, the ammunition used and the conditions in which the rifle is used.

An unusual decrease in accuracy or a significant buildup of residue may indicate that cleaning is required.

After using the rifle in rain, snow or very humid conditions, we recommend thoroughly drying, inspecting it and applying a thin coat of protectant before storage.

First, make sure the rifle is completely unloaded, then remove the magazine and bolt.

Whenever possible, clean the barrel from the chamber toward the muzzle. Use a high-quality cleaning rod, a caliber-specific bore guide and products specifically designed for rifle barrel maintenance.

Do not force the cleaning rod or accessories through the barrel, and take care not to damage the chamber, rifling or barrel crown.

The inside of a carbon-fiber barrel is cleaned essentially the same way as a stainless-steel barrel.

For the exterior, avoid using abrasive products or harsh solvents on the carbon-fiber wrap. A soft, slightly damp cloth is generally sufficient to remove dust, moisture and dirt.

After use, wipe the bolt with a clean cloth to remove moisture, dust and residue.

A very small amount of suitable lubricant may be applied to friction points when necessary. Avoid excessive lubrication, as it can attract and retain dust and debris.

Remove the rifle from its case as soon as possible and allow it to dry completely in a secure location.

Wipe down the metal surfaces, the bolt and any areas where moisture may accumulate. Never store a wet rifle in a closed case for an extended period.

The owner may remove the bolt and perform routine maintenance.

For more extensive disassembly, mechanical adjustments or work on the firearm’s mechanism, we recommend contacting Antler or a qualified gunsmith.

Improper modifications or servicing may affect the operation, accuracy and warranty of your rifle.

The recommended action screw torque is 45 lb-in (inch-pounds).

Use an appropriate torque wrench to ensure accurate tightening and prevent overtightening.

Several factors can affect a rifle’s accuracy. Before assuming there is a mechanical problem, check the following:

• The ammunition being used
• The scope mounting and mounting screw torque
• The action screw torque
• The cleanliness of the barrel
• The shooting conditions
• Any recent changes to the ammunition, optic or accessories

If the decrease in accuracy continues, contact our team. Please provide the rifle model, caliber, serial number and ammunition used. Photos of your shot groups may also help us diagnose the issue.
